Parenting can be hard.

Are you having problems with your child and nothing seems to be working? Struggling with sleep, anxiety, behaving differently, struggling in school or is their behaviour becoming harder to control? Are you fed up of getting unhelpful advice and judgemental looks from family, friends and members of the public?

If any of this applies to you, read on or get in touch for a free 30 minute, confidential, consultation.

What does help mean?

Most importantly, I will listen to all of your concerns, build up a clear understanding of what difficulties you are having and exploring what has and hasn't worked for you. I will look beyond the behaviour of your child to identify why they may be having difficulties.

Only after getting to know your situation will I start to offer support and approaches that will enable your family to make changes. This will be based on over 10 years of experience working directly with young people with social, emotional, behavioural and family difficulties.

How do I know you can help me?

Having worked with parents and young people for over 10 years, I can offer a broad range of approaches to meet your families needs and help with difficulties you are facing.

Because every child, and every family, is different, the only way to find out if I can help is to discuss the current situation and decide from there. Because of this I offer a free 30 minute consultation, either over the phone or in person. If we decide I can't help, I have a broad range of contacts and experience in getting support for young people, and I can give you details of people or organisations and the best way to access these.

When you are ready, or if you have any further questions. Please get in touch.
