Thank you for visiting my website, and welcome to Kemp Therapy. Here you will find information about me, what I offer and how I can help you. Please don't hesitate to contact me. My services are confidential, professional and affordable.

My counselling and family support services are available to young people and adults in and around Stamford, Bourne, Rutland and Peterborough.

I began my counselling career over 7 years ago with a diploma in Person Centred Counselling. I am a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS Accred) and, I am listed on the UK Counselling Directory (CounsellingDirectory).

I also have a Batchelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lincoln University.

In addition to running my own counselling practice I work within secondary schools providing confidential counselling to students and staff. I support people with a wide range of issues including trauma, grief, OCD, coping with disability, family difficulties, abuse and terminal illness.

As a professional, qualified counsellor I have regular Clinical Supervision and am committed to my ongoing personal and professional development, attending lectures and workshops to maintain and improve my skills.

I work with clients referred from GPs, alongside CAMHS and other Health Professionals.

I can help you with difficulties such as anxiety, bereavement, worries, depression, or anything else that may be troubling you. If you have any questions about whether I may be able to help you, please get in touch. If you would like more information, please visit my Counselling page.

I separately offer parenting support to families who need advice and guidance with areas such as behaviour management, sleep issues, anxiety, eating difficulties, anger, relationships and a broad range of other family problems.

On these pages, you will find details about me, how to get in touch and where and how I practice.
